Returns

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please follow our guidelines for returns:
  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt. 
  • The merchandise must be in its original condition and unworn.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.
  • We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.
  •  A one-time $7.00 restocking fee will be applied to each return package, regardless of how many items are in the order.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. We will email you a return label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt - with the condition that merchandise has not been worn or washed with all tags attached.

Returns & Exchanges Made Even Easier

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please follow these simple steps for your return:

▪ Go to https://89thmadison.returnlogic.com to enter your email and order number associated with your return. Select if you’d like an exchange, a store credit or a refund applied to your original payment method. If you used a discount code on your original order, we will automatically apply that to your exchange order.

▪ Print out the pre-paid mailing label and Return Authorization Slip. Include the Return Authorization Slip in your package and drop off at your local USPS.

▪ Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt of the item for us to process the return. If it's been more than 10 business days, please reach out to us at customer.service@89thandmadison.com and we will get you refunded right away.
