Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 24-72 hours of receiving verified payment information. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday (and holidays) will be shipped the following week. Note that during peak seasons, shipments may experience slight delays.

On occasion, an order may be placed on hold. In that event, we will contact you within one business day to gather the information we need to expedite the order. If we attempt to contact you and do not receive a response after five business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and US Territories at this time.

Cancellations and Changes to Existing Orders:

Cancellations and changes to the shipping address are not possible once an order has been placed. If a shipment is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

FREE Shipping over $60

All US orders should be received 5-12 business days after processing. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. 

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via trusted international carriers and should be received within 7-15 business days after processing. Rates and fees may differ based on country.
